How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage and track orders, change orders, and cancellations using SAP
- Collaborate across sales, engineering, production, and logistics to resolve order-related issues
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and review deliverables
- Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, contracts, and payments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
- Implement process improvements to boost order accuracy and efficiency
- Generate performance reports and highlight areas for improvement
- Support the customer service team in enhancing the overall customer experience
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
- Experience in order handling and contract management, ideally in manufacturing or high-tech
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in SAP and related order management systems
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
