Production Operator Location: Richmond, KY Pay: $15.50 - $16.25/hour + Overtime Opportunities Shift Options: 1st Shift:7:00 AM - 3:15 PM |$15.50/hour 2nd Shift:3:00 PM - 11:15 PM |$16.25/hour 3rd Shift:11:00 PM - 7:15 AM |$16.25/hour Note: Overtime is required, with weekly hours ranging from50-60 hours. Flexibility is essentialemployees may be asked to arrive early or stay late. Position Overview: We are hiring dedicated Production Operators to support our manufacturing team. This role involves assisting machine operators, sorting parts, and performing general labor tasks. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist machine operators with loading and unloading materials. Sort small, lightweight parts into crates (crates may become heavy when filled). Operate machinery and perform general labor duties. Conduct product inspections to ensure quality standards. Use hand tools and follow blueprints for assembly and production tasks. Required Skills & Experience: Experience in production, machine operation, or assembly. Ability to use hand tools and perform general labor tasks. Familiarity with forklift operation and packaging processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to work in pick-and-pack environments. Safety Requirements: Steel-toe boots and safety glasses are mandatory.
