Owen Industries is on the hunt for a talented Structural Steel Estimator / Contract Manager to join our dynamic team! What You'll Do:

You'll be the powerhouse behind accurate bids and seamless contract managementfrom kickoff to final pricing. You'll interpret specs, coordinate with suppliers, manage scope changes, and help ensure our steel solutions are delivered on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create clear, detailed, and accurate project estimates

* Analyze bid documents and specs to develop winning proposals

* Manage sub-supplier contracts, pricing, and schedules

* Track design changes and support contract adjustments

* Develop and submit pricing for change orders

* Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients

What You Bring to the Table:

* Strong attention to detail and a love for deadlines

* Knowledge of detailing, erection fit-up, and heavy fabrication processes

* A solid grasp of construction materials and estimating tools

* Experience communicating with customers and suppliers

* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

* A team-first attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
