Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Columbia, TN is seeking a Plumber Apprentice/Helper to assist in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing and septic systems throughout the Middle Tennessee area. Responsibilities:

Assist experienced plumbers with diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing and septic systems
Help set up job sites, prepare tools and materials, and clean up after work is completed
Learn to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues under the guidance of senior technicians
Maintain tools, equipment, and the company vehicle in good working condition
Follow all safety protocols and company policies on job sites
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to support smooth project completion
Use technology (iPad or similar software) to help document jobs and track tasks

What We're Looking For:

No prior experience required -just a willingness to learn and grow!
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and at heights
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
Basic familiarity with tools and technology (iPads/software) is a plus
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
