Job Summary
We are seeking unskilled laborers and dedicated Commercial Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roofing systems and a strong understanding of construction principles or the willingness to learn. This role involves working on various commercial roofing projects, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and safety standards. The Commercial Roofer will collaborate with other tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of projects on time.

Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems, including flat, sloped, and metal roofs.
Inspect roofs for damage or defects and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
Ensure proper installation of roofing materials according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and estimators, to ensure project efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Perform additional construction tasks as needed, which may include trim carpentry, tile laying, plumb work, and metal stud framing.

Skills
Proficiency in various roofing techniques and materials.
Experience in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, welding, stucco application, and maintenance person tasks is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform construction estimating accurately.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
