Responsibilities: - Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders - Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient work - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects on time and within budget - Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications - Manage materials and resources efficiently to maximize productivity Qualifications: - Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans - Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices - Familiarity with quality control procedures and techniques - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to at times help with labor, when necessary. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
