Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Supervisor to lead the onsite management of an existing commercial-grade residential construction project. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with atleast 15 years of experience in the field, a deep technical understanding of complex home building systems, and a strong track record of delivering projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all onsite construction operations from start to finish
Supervise subcontractors, labor, deliveries, and inspections to ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, enforce safety protocols, resolve field issues proactively.
Maintain project schedule, forecast delays, and coordinate with the project manager to adjust workflows as needed.
Lead safety meetings and enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Coordinate inspections, maintain jobsite cleanliness, and manage all on-site documentation.
Ensure construction aligns with architectural drawings, engineering specs, and all building codes.
Oversee installation of all building systems including foundation, framing, MEP, and finishes.
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, inspection records, and punch lists.
Coordinate with city inspectors, vendors, clients, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

15+ years of experience supervising high-end residential or commercial-grade home construction projects.
Deep understanding of full construction lifecycle - from excavation to final punch list.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical specs, and structural drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a hands-on, solutions-first approach.
Experience managing subcontractors and field teams with accountability and efficiency.
Familiarity with project management software (eg, Procore, Buildertrend) and digital documentation tools.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (typical)
Occasional Saturdays or extended hours based on project phases and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: $160,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
