Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
You will manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-large sized projects by working closely with internal teams and general contractors. An experienced Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes within the glass and glazing/curtain wall realm. They will possess the ability to coordinate multiple aspects of project management effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and scope of work.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Utilize project management software such as Autodesk Construction Cloud for scheduling and tracking progress.
Review schematics and design documents to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders to address issues promptly.
Maintain detailed records of project activities, changes, and communications.

Experience
Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business.
5-10 years' experience in project management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience a bonus.
Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices in project coordination.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
