General Laborer

GENERAL LABOR
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a General Labor for a company based in Olive Branch, MS. This company is currently seeking an experienced General Laborer for our Olive Branch location. The General Laborer will be responsible for feeding raw materials into production machinery and other tasks during your shift. You will be responsible for always maintaining a clean and safe work area while working as a team. Pay Rate
$15 per hour (some overtime may be required)
Schedule and Hours
Monday Friday 6:00 am 2:30 pm (some overtime may be required)
General Labor Duties and Responsibilitie s

• Feed raw materials into production machinery.
• Stack, organize, and prepare finished products.
• Assist in gluing, assembling paper-based items.
• Band pallets and apply shrink wrap to secure loads.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, following plant guidelines.

General Labor Qualifications and Requirements

• Regularly lift and handle weights up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Working in varied environments -hot or cold conditions may apply.
• Overtime may be required during high-volume periods, with flexibility expected.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in shifting temperatures or production environments.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and flexible schedule.
