BCM is a grading and excavating contractor that works out of Faribault and operates in southern Minnesota.

This is a union position with Operating Engineer .

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

Operate various types of construction equipment including: backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, rollers, graders and excavators to dig, excavate and grade a construction sites to blue print specifications

Load and unload materials in a responsible manner to maintain a safe work environment

Transport materials to designated locations

Preform routine and minor maintenance on equipment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Good ability and knowledge in the operation of a variety of construction equipment that is being used on the job site.

The ability to perform minor and routine maintenance of equipment that is being used

The ability to load and unload materials and transporting them to the designated locations.

The understanding of safety protocols and spatial awareness

The ability to work as a team and also independently
