We're seeking an experienced and driven Construction Manager to oversee our pool & outdoor living construction projects from start to finish. Location: Metairie, LA & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple job sites
Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, safety, and subcontractor performance
Coordinate project logistics, materials, inspections, and subcontractors
Review site plans and address discrepancies before work begins
Lead pre-construction meetings with clients, sales, and subcontractors
Track budgets, costs, invoices, and change orders
Maintain accurate documentation using JobTread
Communicate with clients and ensure alignment and satisfaction
You're a Fit If You Have:
3+ years of experience managing pool or outdoor construction projects
Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with JobTread, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
A can-do mindset, willingness to grow, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
