Highroad Excavating is looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team. We work on a wide range of civil construction projects and need operators who can handle everything from fine grading to trenching with precision and safety.

What Were Looking For
Proven experience operating excavators, loaders, dozers, and/or other machinery
Ability to read and follow site plans and grades
Strong awareness of safety practices and site hazards
Versatility to assist with other tasks when needed
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
