General Laborer

Job Title: 2+ week General Laborer

Location: Louisville, TN

Pay: $22/hr WEEKLY PAY

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to assist in moving materials and installing metal frames to enhance safety procedures. This role involves repetitive heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, in a loud and fast-paced environment. Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy workspace in compliance with company policies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and assist in the installation of metal frames.

• Build and assemble metal frames and gating on the robotics floor.

• Install fencing, sensors, and video screens in pick/pack stations to enhance safety and efficiency.

• Use hand and power tools, including hammers, drills, and pallet jacks.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Shifts

1st Shift: Monday to Friday from 4:30am to 2:00pm

2nd Shift: Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 12:30am

Compliance Requirements

• Background Check: A 7-Year background screening will be conducted to identify any misdemeanors or felonies. Successful completion is required.

• Drug Screening: A drug test will be administered. They do not test for THC.

Expected Start Date: Monday, August 25th

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
