We are looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman who can oversee and coordinate electrical work on commercial, industrial, and airfield projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage electrical installations on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase AC/DC electrical systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and job site plans to determine system layouts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Perform building and commercial wiring, including conduit installation and electrical panel connections.
  • Oversee the installation of electrical pipes, conduits, and raceways to support system infrastructure.
  • Maintain and track project materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that crews have what they need.
  • Document work progress, material usage, and safety compliance in daily reports.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, project specifications, and expectations.

Experience & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase AC/DC systems.
  • Experience with commercial and industrial wiring, including building electrical systems.
  • Airfield electrical experience is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair 5K V circuits, control panels, and low-voltage systems.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and NEC code compliance.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction scheduling software and documentation tools is a plus.
  • Electrical License/Journeyman License is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Working outside most of the year.
