Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to join our client's team. The Construction Manager will lead and oversee large-scale electrical generation projects, with a strong emphasis on mechanical systems and turbine installations (steam, gas, wind, and simple cycle). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in mechanical processes, turbine technologies, and construction management practices within the power generation industry. This role is responsible for managing construction activities from pre-construction planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of construction management experience in electrical generation projects, with a strong focus on mechanical systems and turbine installations.

Proven experience managing complex power generation projects such as combined cycle, simple cycle, gas turbine

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, turbine operations, and installation techniques.

Proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

OSHA 30 Certification. Professional Engineering (PE) License or Construction Management Certification.

Previous work experience in Gas & Turbine energy generation projects. null
