Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $24 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Welder:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to fabricate signs accurately
• Perform MIG and Stick welding on metals commonly used in signs (e.g., steel, aluminum), ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic precision
• Prepare, measure, cut, and fit metal parts prior to welding
• Inspect welds for strength, consistency, and finish; make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Maintain and clean welding equipment, tools, and the workspace to uphold a safe and organized shop environment

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Drivers License Required
• Proven experience welding using both MIG and Stick processespreferably in a fabrication or manufacturing setting
• Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting weld symbols, and using measuring and hand/power tools
• Attention to detail, quality-mindedness, and ability to problem-solve under tight tolerances
• Basic understanding of welding safety and ability to maintain clean workspace
