Saiia Construction, a MasTec company, is currently hiring for a Project Administrator. The Project Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to assist ing the Projects team’s with administrative duties including daily internal reporting and preparation of external communication s .

Responsibilities

  • Ensure f orms are available for the Projects t eams as required.

  • Maintain s calendar of events and dates for location .

  • Schedule s meetings for location.

  • Orders supplies for location.

  • Tracks Time and Material items for monthly billings.

  • Collect s data and distribute s daily, weekly and monthly reports as required .

  • Prepares internal and external communications for project site / team as required.

  • For project site, collects hours and project site information and enters the information and hours worked into time keeping software for hourly project craft employees.

  • Assists Project Team with administrative support as required.

  • Other duties as assigned by m anager.


Qualifications

  • Ability to stay current on software and hardware that can benefit company.

  • Self-motivated, and detail oriented.

  • Must have excellent organizational skills.

  • Must have excellent time management abilities.

  • Ability to read and process documents such as contracts and bid documents, statistical reports, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to speak effectively with general management, customers, vendors, visitors or employees of organization.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal correspondence.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in accordance to urgency.

  • Must possess a willingness to accept and follow the direction of others.
