Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer for our 2nd Shift. This role involves working closely with a full-time employee to learn about machine operations, part pulling, and visual inspections. The position offers opportunities for growth and permanent hire based on attendance, attitude, and work performance.
Responsibilities
Train with a full-time employee for the first 1-3 weeks on machine operations and quality inspections.
Monitor the machine, pull parts off the line, and conduct visual inspections for defects.
Package inspected parts and prepare them for the quality assurance area.
Work with Plastic Injection Molding or assembly cells.
Essential Skills
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to conduct visual inspections
Skills in pulling parts and general production
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Machine operating experience
Experience with visual inspections

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
