Your impact

Jacobs is seeking a motivated Entry Level Architect Designer to join our growing team of multi-discipline professionals, delivering outstanding program management, planning, design, and construction management services to our clients in the NW and across the globe. Jacobs' core markets include corporate, transportation, municipal, federal, aviation, and industrial, where Jacobs continues to be an industry leader.

Our Entry Level Architect Designers support the Project Architects to assist in preparing designs, completing construction documents, write up building plans and presentation of materials.

• Responsible for collaborating on design projects; brainstorm project ideas, complete design drawings in AutoCAD and Revit and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.
• Coordinate project details; specifications, dimensions, assisting with initial project research and outlining project schedules and tasks.
• Communicate with involved parties; contractors to monitor the progress of a project, communicating with clients as well, noting their requests, answering their questions and sending them project updates.
• Assist in creating project proposals and completing construction paperwork for buildings.
• Develop detailed plans and shop drawing using- Autodesk- AutoCAD and Revit.

Here's what you'll need

• Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture)
• 0 to 5 years of experience as an Architect Designer in an Architectural or Engineering organization
• Working knowledge of model/rendering and design tools (including REVIT, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Self-driven time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

58,656.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

86,900.00

The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $86,900.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
