Project Architect

We are seeking a Project Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join our collaborative Housing Studio. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of large-scale residential projects-including mixed-use, multi-family, senior, and affordable housing-alongside a dynamic team of architects, planners, and designers. Ideal candidates are technically strong, design-focused, and ready to grow within a steadily expanding firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead document production through all project phases (SD, DD, CD, CA)
• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and code compliance
• Coordinate closely with project designers and managers to uphold design intent
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Manage client and contractor communication throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture and Registered Architect
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Revit; working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Passionate, detail-oriented, and committed to design excellence
