Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview:

Facility Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all terminal maintenance and capital projects.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all facility maintenance, repairs, renovations, and new construction as needed.
• Establish timelines and requirements for all facility maintenance repairs and capital projects, coordinates the competitive bid process, monitors projects for adherence to requirements, processes, and tracks all project costs.
• Updates and maintains property files for all locations and files on all major facility equipment (i.e.; boilers, lift machines, yard trucks, pickup trucks, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Minimum education/experience necessary to perform the job: High School diploma or GED plus several years experience in the field of facilities maintenance.
• Experience in general maintenance, electrical work, mechanical aptitude, the ability to work on multiple tasks, and the ability to follow direction is required, as well as experience with various skilled trades related to building maintenance (i.e. mechanical, electrical, A/C and heating, carpentry, etc.)
• Must have a Valid Drivers License
