Senior Project Manager

bout the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proven experience in driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Initiation

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; create mitigation strategies.

Execution & Delivery

Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Manage day-to-day project activities, schedules, and communications.

Monitor project progress against KPIs, quality standards, and scope requirements.

Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and escalate issues when necessary.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, changes, and escalations.

Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports.

Budget & Resource Management

Track project expenditures and ensure budget adherence.

Coordinate resource assignments and manage workload distribution.

Project Closure

Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Ensure proper documentation, sign-offs, and transition to support teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Experience in project management (preferably in [Industry, e.g., IT, healthcare, banking, construction]).

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.

Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.

Familiarity with risk management and change control processes.
