What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
Lead multi-disciplinary teams through full project life cycle
Direct design and documentation for complex healthcare projects
Oversee construction documents and specifications using Revit
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and sustainability goals
Present design concepts and updates to stakeholders
Mentor junior architects within the healthcare practice
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
Licensed architect in Alabama or NCARB-complete with ability to register
Proven leadership in healthcare project design and delivery
Expertise in Revit and related tools at an advanced level
Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide as needed
