Location: Cambridge, Minnesota Job Type: Contract to hire Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, tinkering in the garage, or building things from scratch? Whether you've welded for fun, worked on cars in your spare time, or spent time in a shop setting, we want to hear from you! Join our team as an Entry-Level Fabricator , where you'll be trained to support key aspects of our fiberglass fabrication process. No formal experience requiredjust a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for hands-on work. What You'll Do Assist with paint prep , fiberglass spraying , and grinding Help with electrical assembly and installing windows, doors, and boat furniture Work primarily in the grinding booth protective suits provided Learn and grow in a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled shop environment What We're Looking For Hobbyist experience in welding, automotive repair, or shop work Comfortable using hand tools and working in a hands-on setting Willingness to wear protective gear and be clean-shaven for safety Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Why You'll Love Working Here Pay increase after 6 months Annual reviews with typical raises of 4% Profit-sharing : Earn 6-10% of your annual pay Benefits : Choose from 35 plans covering 60-65% of costs Work Environment Clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled shop Some paint smell in designated areasPPE provided Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
