Position: Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Waterloo, IA

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

USC or GC

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who can lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, hands-on knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage cost, scope, quality, and safety effectively.

Must-Haves:

5-10 years' experience in commercial construction project management

Experience managing mid-to-large scale construction projects

Proficiency with contracts, budgets, schedules, and safety compliance

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field

Experience with Sage 300, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam

Previous work with a General Contractor
