Architect

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time, on-site role involves leading and managing architectural projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or commercial architecture, be proficient in Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) , and have a proven ability to deliver projects that meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation process from schematic design through construction administration
• Develop high-quality architectural designs that meet client goals, building codes, and sustainability standards
• Prepare and manage project submittals, permit sets, and construction documents
• Ensure compliance with LEED or other sustainability certification programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, and stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of project delivery
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
• Participate in client meetings and communicate effectively to manage expectations and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (required)
• Professional architectural license is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Revit and BIM software
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, commercial, or institutional architecture preferred
• Strong knowledge of architectural codes, standards, and best practices
• Experience with LEED or other green building certification processes
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or clinical space planning and design
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing
• Familiarity with project delivery methods such as Design-Build or IPD
