- Lead mechanical construction projects from initiation to completionensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and financials; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
- Support field crews by ensuring alignment between design drawings, fabrication, and installation.
- Conduct regular job site visits to assess quality, safety, and installation progress.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in mechanical or construction project management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to align and motivate teams.
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and composed under pressure.
- Skilled in interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
