Project Manager

Company based in STL - Looking for a traveling PM/ open to travel for 12 months

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from initiation to completionensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and financials; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Support field crews by ensuring alignment between design drawings, fabrication, and installation.
• Conduct regular job site visits to assess quality, safety, and installation progress.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in mechanical or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to align and motivate teams.
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and composed under pressure.
• Skilled in interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and schedules.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
