Job Summary

Pauls Air F/X is expanding our team and seeking skilled HVAC professionals for multiple positions, including:

RNC (Residential New Construction) / Commercial HVAC Installers

Service Technicians

Shop Fabricators

Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
1. RNC/Commercial HVAC Installers

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential and commercial properties.

Focus on quality over quantity while collaborating with builders and other trades.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions.

2. Service Technicians

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.

Provide excellent customer service and clear communication during service visits.

Ensure all work meets safety and code requirements.

3. Shop Fabricators

Fabricate custom sheet metal ductwork and components for HVAC installations.

Read and follow fabrication diagrams and specifications.

Maintain organization, safety, and efficiency in the shop environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or fabrication preferred (will consider motivated candidates with less experience).

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls.

Familiarity with codes, safety standards, and best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required for field positions).

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
