Handyman Needed Clermont

The main guy I need ASAP is:

Some how knows how to read a tape measure and understands common sense.
I need some who can finish a dock project.
The last three guys wasted 12 days on a 5 day job.

I employ 18 skilled men in a few different locations in the state of Florida.
Im trying to build a new crew for the Lake County area.

I need a lead Forman. Someone who can operate a backhoe and pull a 20 trailer without difficulty.
We do a lot of runs to the landfill.
Company truck will be provided.

NOTEAfter wasting close to $10,000.00 in payroll in the past three weeks EVERYONE.. Yes Everyone will be deemed a day labor and paid
accordingly. $100.00 cash per day.
BUT.. If you can actually do what I need that rate will increase, even on the first day.
Everyone will have a chance to prove themselves to be more valuable and paid accordingly.
