Job Description

Join a dynamic team specializing in creating large custom modular buildings including schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. As a Plumber, you will work alongside a skilled team of electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers to bring these modular structures to life. You will report to the site location to begin work on various projects, following blueprints to install piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints to install PVC, PEX, Copper, and Cast iron pipes.

• Run hangers for pipes and install commercial pipe for custom modular structures.

• Work on mains, drains, and install fixtures and finishes.

• Collaborate with carpentry, electrical, and HVAC teams for comprehensive construction projects.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in plumbing, pipefitting, and installation of PVC, PEX, Copper, and Cast iron.

• Experience with commercial construction and large-scale projects.

• Ability to hang pipes and install fixtures.

• Minimum of 1 year of plumbing experience with hand tools of the trade required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
