We're seeking an Operations Manager to oversee two Virginia branches-Church View/Jamaica and Quinton-reporting to our Area Manager who leads business operations across our Virginia and North Carolina branch network. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for operational performance, team engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Supported by our proven strategies and standard operating guidelines, you'll deliver consistent, high-quality results that contribute to WRE's overall success.

In this role, you will:
- Lead daily operations for two branches, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Foster a high-performance, safety-first culture by building trust, accountability, and connection with your teams.
- Assess current branch performance and implement improvements that drive productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
- Partner with sales to capture market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage budgets and P&L, making informed decisions that align with company goals and market realities.
- Ensure adherence to DOT regulations, company safety standards, and all relevant compliance requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in branch-based industrial services, preferably in environmental services, septic, waste/wastewater, or commercial construction industries.
- Success in leading either a single site or multiple locations, with a track record of delivering results through engaged teams.
- Strong people leadership-capable of developing, motivating, and holding teams accountable.
- High priority on safety and regulatory compliance; knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
- Commercially minded with the ability to read a P&L and understand local market dynamics.
- Holds or can obtain a Virginia plumbing, septic, and/or general contractor's license within a reasonable timeframe.

Requirements
This position will require regular travel within the branch operating region.
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,000 - $152,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
