Job Title: Production Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting and adjusting welding equipment for a variety of applications and interpreting drawings and specifications. This role requires a strong ability to work with both large and small weldments while adhering to all safety and company policies.
Responsibilities
Set and adjust welder for various applications.
Interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
Utilize various clamping tools, fixtures, hand grinders, and devices effectively.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
Weld both large and small weldments proficiently.
Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in MIG welding.
Proficiency with MIG welders, grinders, and cutting tools.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.
Ability to understand and accurately use a tape measure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with TIG welding is a plus.
Knowledge of welding with stainless steel, mild steel, and flux core.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
