Job Title: Production Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting and adjusting welding equipment for a variety of applications and interpreting drawings and specifications. This role requires a strong ability to work with both large and small weldments while adhering to all safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Set and adjust welder for various applications.

• Interpret drawings and specifications accurately.

• Utilize various clamping tools, fixtures, hand grinders, and devices effectively.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.

• Weld both large and small weldments proficiently.

• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition.

• Lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in MIG welding.

• Proficiency with MIG welders, grinders, and cutting tools.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.

• Ability to understand and accurately use a tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with TIG welding is a plus.

• Knowledge of welding with stainless steel, mild steel, and flux core.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
