POS I TION SUMMARY

Expert in environment requiring awareness with other process areas; controls work pace and progress on equipment; operates within established work routines and occasional supervisory checks.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Follow all workplace safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality standards during trailer regeneration activities.

  • Read and follow documented regeneration and quality procedures for Mobile DI Trailer systems.

  • Unload spent resin tanks from trailers and load regenerated tanks using forklifts and other approved material-handling equipment.

  • Evacuate spent resin from tanks, regenerate resin batches according to specifications, and refill tanks with regenerated resin.

  • Monitor meters, gauges, and pressures during regeneration to ensure process stability and water quality compliance.

  • Perform quality testing on regenerated resin (e.g., conductivity, resistivity, and flow checks) to verify readiness for service.

  • Complete all batch records, quality control documentation, and system logs accurately.

  • Operate control systems to make necessary adjustments during the regeneration process.

  • Perform minor troubleshooting and equipment repairs to maintain safe, efficient operations.

  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure regenerated trailers are promptly returned to service for customer use.

POS I TION R EQUI R EME N TS

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum three years of experience in an industrial setting

  • Knowledge of chemicals used in specific regeneration processes

  • Must be licensed forklift driver or able toobtain forklift certification at time of hire

  • Must understand process flow of carbon/reactivation process

  • Mid level machine troubleshoot and repair process machinery

  • Ability to communicate clearly to team members and management

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products

  • Pref e rred : Some manufacturing/plant experience preferred Experience with implementing 5sand lean manufacturing principles
