Job Title: Project Engineer: ENG3002
Location: Mesa, Arizona (In-Office)
Salary: $90,000+ (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
We are actively seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a strong background in civil/site development to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ. Please note: we are currently well-staffed on water resources specialists and are prioritizing candidates with robust site civil experience, especially in grading, drainage, roadway design, and overall land development.
In this in-office role, you'll contribute to a variety of high-impact land development projects spanning commercial, industrial, retail, and multi-family sectors. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take on both technical and client-facing responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, design, and execution of land development projects.
Support Project Managers with coordination of tasks, timelines, and resources.
Prepare and review site plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Interface with consultants, contractors, and agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Support project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with design standards.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in civil/site land development (6+ preferred).
Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
P.E. license or the ability to obtain one within 12 months.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Project Focus:
Projects range from master-planned communities to complex commercial, industrial, and multi-family developments.
Strong emphasis on drainage and roadway infrastructure design for private sector clients.
