Job Summary: Key Responsibilities

' Load, unload, and move corn and related materials throughout the facility

' Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision

' Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors

' Clean and sanitize work areas to maintain food safety standards

' Assist with packaging, stacking, and palletizing finished products

' Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear

' Support other departments as needed during peak processing periods

Qualifications

' Previous experience in agriculture, food processing, or general labor preferred but not required

' Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

' Willingness to work in varying temperatures and conditions

' Strong work ethic and attention to detail

' Reliable transportation and punctuality

' Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
