Interior Finish Carpenters

Established custom residential design-build firm is hiring experienced finish carpenters for high-end interior trim work on large-scale estate homes and luxury remodels across Napa, Sonoma, Marin, and the greater North Bay.
We are looking for skilled craftsmen who take pride in precision craftsmanship, and bring a meticulous eye for detail to every aspect of interior finish work. This is not a handyman role were seeking professionals with a deep understanding of high-end residential woodwork standards.

Candidates to be proficient in:

Custom base and case installation
Door and hardware installation
Crown molding, coffered ceilings, and box beam work
Wainscot and wall paneling installation
Cabinetry installation and alignment

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of interior finish carpentry experience
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Full set of professional tools
Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Clean, professional presentation and demeanor
Respect for jobsite cleanliness and project timelines
