We are currently searching for a Business Development Manager with Multi Family focus, who will serve to provide overall customer relationship and project management to Sales Builder customers. We are searching for a dynamic sales professional that will lead in contact and development with customers, understand and monitor the business marketplace, strategize with internal teams to coordinate and win business across multiple cities, be involved with Builder Association and customer functions and be a champion of the Sims-Lohman sales culture.
You should have a proven track record of business to business sales within the Building Products industry, be proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Kitchen a Bath experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have a good business acumen, be a powerful negotiator and influencer and have a strong sense of urgency regarding customer communication and problem solving. This position is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
