Job Description

Join our team as a mid-level Civil Engineer in Indianapolis, working on our dynamic Civil Site Team. Our mission is to deliver engineering solutions that enhance everyday life, from the roads we travel to the water we consume. We are looking for a motivated individual who can bring basic concepts and ideas to completion with minimal supervision and who thrives in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site feasibility studies and environmental analysis.
• Engage in schematic design and engineering systems coordination.
• Perform site cost analysis and design development.
• Prepare site construction documents and conduct specification and materials research.
• Check and coordinate documentation.
• Perform site observation responsibilities and field documentation.
• Analyze existing sites.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 3 or more years of experience in site/civil design, including hydraulic modeling and subsurface utilities design.
• Possession of an EIT and on track for professional engineer licensure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater management, and drainage systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PE License or a willingness to obtain it in the future.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $43.27/hr.
