Location: San Antonio , TX
Salary Range: $90/hr to $100/hr on W2 Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Construction Safety Manager, responsible for overseeing health and safety on cutting-edge data center projects. This role requires a skilled individual who can provide high-level advisory support and foster a culture of safety excellence. You will play a crucial role in establishing collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring safety practices are implemented and continuously improved.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Should be Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or other relevant safety designations.
  • 5 years of experience in health and safety management for DataCenter construction environments.
  • Experience with hyperscale data center projects is an advantage
  • Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in health and safety management, particularly in construction or project environments.
  • Experience with hyperscale data center projects is an advantage.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with global construction safety requirements and verify that safety programs are comprehensive and effective.
  • Conduct regular on-site safety observations and document findings in comprehensive reports.
  • Engage in project planning meetings to ensure safety considerations are integrated into all phases.
  • Facilitate training sessions to educate leadership on safety requirements and best practices.
  • Work alongside contractor teams to ensure they meet safety expectations through transparent communication and feedback.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across all levels of the project.
  • Drive continuous improvement of safety standards by researching and implementing industry best practices.
  • Promote a growth mindset within the team, encouraging continuous learning and adaptability.
