Overlake Medical Center is seeking a Building Automation Controls/HVAC Technician , to provide Overlake Hospital with a wide variety of skilled

maintenance abilities. This is a great opportunity to expand and showcase your skills in Building Automation Controls (BAC), retro-commissioning and energy

management while contributing to our cost savings across the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing BAC optimization and improving energy efficiency through programming, calibration, troubleshooting, monitoring, analysis, maintenance and repair of a variety of mechanical, electrical and

electronic control equipment to optimize air quality systems controls throughout a 1m square foot, 350 bed, Medical Center campus, ensuring appropriate patient/staff comfort while optimizing energy efficiency of all building systems.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Formal training in a field directly related to HVAC/Building Automation/Energy Management preferred

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred

• Three years experience working on HVAC/Building Automation Controls required

• Energy Management and/or Healthcare experience preferred
