We're looking for experienced and collaborative Healthcare Facilities Senior Project Managers who thrive when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based out of one of our several Texas offices, reporting directly to our Manager of Projects and working alongside other professionals, you will be responsible not only for overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.You will manage and provide design and construction oversight, and resolve complex development project related issues, identifying not only challenges but opportunities.
As an onsite Owners Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the materials management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team and most importantly client satisfaction and team development. Your role keeps our company connected, and we will support you with what you need to be successful.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
- 12+ years' experience as a Project Manager and directly related design fields managing large healthcare projects, typically over $100 million
- Within the total years' experience, prefer roughly 5 years prior Healthcare Facilities Project Management experience
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
Ideally, You Will Also Have:
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification

The base salary range for this position is $140,700.00 to $193,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
