Glass Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, specializing in managing commercial glass and glazing projects. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee their own projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage commercial glass and glazing projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Handle change orders and Requests for Information (RFI) efficiently to maintain project momentum.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years of experience in glass/glazing.
• Proficiency in handling change orders and RFI processes.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The role involves working in a dynamic construction environment, collaborating with various teams to drive project success. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
