Handyman for growing company

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. This position will start as a part-time role, with the opportunity to expand into a full-time position for the right hard-working and dedicated candidate. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong problem-solving skills, and can handle a wide variety of residential repair and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform general home repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks

Install, repair, and replace fixtures (light fixtures, fans, outlets, etc.)

Drywall repair and patching

Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups

Flooring installation and repairs (tile, laminate, etc.)

Minor plumbing and carpentry work

Troubleshoot and resolve household repair issues

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a related trade

Strong skills in residential repairs (drywall, paint, flooring, tile, light fixtures, etc.)

Must provide own set of basic tools and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good communication and customer service skills

Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Experience (not required but a plus):

Electrical or plumbing certifications

Experience in kitchen and bathroom upgrades or larger remodel projects

This is will start as a part-time role but grow to full time for the right candidate.
