ServiceNow Tools Architect

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Tools Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) and observability solutions. This role will drive integration and orchestration across tools like ServiceNow (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, CSDM) , Dynatrace , SolarWinds , and AlertSite , enabling proactive monitoring, automation, and service insights across hybrid environments.

• Architect and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

• Integrate observability platforms (Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite) for full-stack monitoring and predictive analytics

• Design automation workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer , Ansible , and resolver bots

• Implement event correlation, alert deduplication, and auto-remediation strategies

• Govern and maintain an accurate CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices

• Lead stakeholder workshops to ensure tool alignment, data fidelity, and actionable insights

• 7+ years in ITOM architecture, with deep ServiceNow expertise

• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and AlertSite

• Strong grasp of ITIL, ITSM , and Change Management

• Certified in ServiceNow or key observability platforms
