What Youll Do- Weld aluminum components using MIG and TIG techniques with accuracy and consistency
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
- Inspect welds for quality and compliance
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support continuous improvement in welding processes

- 2+ years of aluminum MIG & TIG welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Welding certification preferred (e.g., AWS D1.2)
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding
- Exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes (PPE provided)
- Frequently required to sit/stand, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.
- Required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and occasionally reach above shoulders.
