Job Description We are seeking a Structural Engineer who is eager to work in a collaborative team environment at our growing office in Minneapolis, MN. The position involves working on a wide variety of building projects including healthcare, higher education, multi-family, hospitality, commercial, and renovation projects. This full-time role offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Design new and complex buildings across various market types.
- Conduct analysis and renovations of new and existing buildings and structures.
- Coordinate with project team members across multiple disciplines.
- Attend project meetings with clients and perform construction administration duties, including site visits.
- Proficient in structural engineering and design.
- Experience with structural analysis and drafting.
- Working knowledge of Revit and 3D design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings; more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- EIT certification preferred.
