Builders read plans and cut lists, mill and cut parts, build and assemble all types of cabinetry and millwork parts as well as be involved with other aspects of the project. Needs to understand and be able to build with flawless tolerances. Quality is #1. Need to be able to communicate well with others on the floor as well as clients on site.

Need to have experience in millwork, cabinetry or furniture. Need to be honest and a self starter, taking pride in your work. Need the ability to build, finish and install flawless woodwork with attention to detail.

We are looking for skilled craftsmen that aren't just looking for a job. We are a high end shop involved with detailed and demanding designers and clients for residential new homes and remodels. Our clients expect more from us. We are a small shop where employees are involved in most aspects of the process depending on experience and strengths. Following directions is a critical aspect of the job. We have a great group of guys and want someone who will add to the family environment in the shop.
