Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Rough Wood Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing residential and commercial structures, interpreting blueprints, and following industry standards and safety protocols. This person should be a team player, dependable, and able to work efficiently under pressure while delivering high-caliber results.

Work is primarily in Salt Lake and Summit Counties building custom luxury homes and additions.

3 Day weekends. 4 day work week.

Weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble framing components
• Utilize power tools safely and accurately
• Frame structures following layout and as directed
• Perform repairs or modifications as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Experience in framing or related construction
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Reliable, motivated, and dependable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
