Responsibilities- Operate basic and advanced carpentry tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
- Support the installation of custom trim, doors, baseboards, beams, and wall paneling
- Contribute to custom or high-end residential projects with a focus on craftsmanship
- Follow project guidelines and quality standards with precision and accountability
- 2+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred
- Familiarity with residential construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret plans or construction drawings
