Refrigeration Technician

We're looking for a dedicated Refrigeration Technician to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of duties, from troubleshooting complex systems to fabricating new parts.

Performing routine maintenance on boilers, ammonia systems, coolers, air compressors, and HVAC units.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems, including electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment.

Perform routine maintenance on boilers, ammonia systems, coolers, air compressors, and HVAC units.

Fabricate and modify parts using blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

Conduct emergency and non-emergency repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:
Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.

Experience with a PSM/RMP program.

HVAC and refrigeration equipment repair knowledge.

Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality standards.

Experience with preventative maintenance tasks.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for automated mechanical processes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 30 lbs frequently.
